The Racket Sports Manager oversees all racket sport operations within the club, including tennis, padel, squash, and any additional racket sport programmes. This role combines strategic planning, coaching oversight, customer experience, facility management, and commercial development to ensure the club delivers a high quality, profitable, and community focused racket sport offering.

We are Herefordshire's premier Rackets Club and a not for profit Community Amateur Sports Club with 3 outdoor Padel , 4 floodlight Tennis courts , 5 Squash courts and a bar area. The club has a growing membership base of over 500 members and is looking for a Rackets manger to drive up participation and deliver beginner to advanced player pathways

The role would suit either an existing Tennis /Padel/Squash or aspiring Coach wishing to combine coaching with a part-time role,

Skills & Experience Required
•Strong background in tennis, padel, squash, or multi racket sport environments.
•Experience managing coaching teams or sports programmes.
•Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
•Commercial awareness with experience driving participation and revenue.
•Ability to work evenings/weekends as required by club operations.
•Coaching qualifications (e.g., LTA Level 2/3, England Squash, padel certifications) desirable but not essential depending on the role structure.
