The role will be to build on the current tennis development programme, building strong relationships with the numerous junior schools in the area to increase and encourage greater community participation in tennis.

There is use of a safe and well maintained tennis club, that has a core of great people that can support any coach to fullfil their objectives.

We also have the objective of growing the numbers of adult participation, and the surrounding areas offer fantastic opportunity to develop this side of the sport.

Penketh tennis club is located on the outskirts of Warrington, surrounded by well-established communities, and new housing developments.

There are numerous primary schools in the immediate area that welcome any connection with private establishments, so the potential to grow the participation in tennis is tremendous.

Penketh tennis club runs 8 adult, competitive tennis teams, competing in the Warrington tennis league, offering team tennis but also social tennis for the complete membership.

We offer 3 newly laid astro courts, fully enclosed and secure. On site we have a club house with the full facilities, and a successful social area including bar and kitchen arrangements.

We would welcome a tennis coach who shares our fanastic club values and love of tennis.
