Part time/full time tennis coach - Winchester racquets and fitness
To carry out squads in the junior program and potentially the adult program. To liase with the head of the junior program and the coaching team about the content of on court sessions and to be able to carry out individual lessons with a variety of standards when required. To be available to work at weekends and evenings. To work with all standards from beginner to advanced players. To attend meetings with the Coaching team. To have a good playing standard.
Winchester racquets and fitness club is a thriving club with a long and distinguished history. We have 4 indoor courts, 2 hard courts outside, 5 artificial grass and 4 clay courts as well as a wonderful club house and bar and 4 padel courts, 6 squash courts and a gym. We have 2,500 members and 600 kids on the junior program.
We require an enthusiastic coach who will go the extra mile and wants to improve and give everything for our program. We need someone with a good playing standard and loves the game and a good knowledge of the professional game. A person who works well in a big team and contributes ideas. It is really important that we have someone who can work in all ages especially mini tennis 4-10 years olds and ideally can work with county players although this isn’t vital.
