At Thrive Tennis Coaching, we believe great coaching inspires a lifelong love of tennis. Based in Bristol, we deliver a growing coaching programme across Westbury Park Tennis Club, helping hundreds of players each week develop their skills in a fun, inclusive and player-centred environment.
We're passionate about delivering engaging, modern coaching that builds confident players while continually evolving through the latest coaching research and best practice. Our aim is simple: to provide outstanding experiences on court for every player.
We're equally committed to developing our coaches. As part of our supportive and ambitious team, you'll receive regular CPD and opportunities to progress your coaching career, whether that's building your private coaching programme, leading projects or progressing through your LTA qualifications.
We're looking for enthusiastic coaches who are passionate about learning, committed to making a difference and excited to grow with an ambitious coaching team.
Minimum LTA Level 2 Coach Qualification
Passion for developing players of all ages and abilities
Energetic, reliable and organised
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Committed to delivering fun, engaging and player-focused sessions
