Part-time coaching role (three days a week - likely Tues, Thu and Sat minimum with more available) for a Level 3 or strong Level 2 coach including 15+ hours a week on the junior and adult group coaching programme. Option to deliver private lessons in addition for the right coach.
15+ hours/week of holiday camp coaching each school holiday available too

Responsible for running junior and adult tennis coaching groups and private lessons 3-4 days a week including Saturday mornings, committing all year round. Currently work available Tue, Thu and Sat but can be flexible as we have a good sized team.

Other responsibilities include:
-Regular meetings to discuss and input into coaching programme and content
-Running a few junior teams
-Playing in (optional) and helping deliver coaching content for the mens & ladies teams
-Working daytime holiday camps during school holidays and half terms Mon-Fri
-Taking on more responsibility as the job grows including paid admin (off-court) if wanted

We keep our ratios small to guarantee better learning and we're proud to boast one of the strongest JUNIORS tennis coaching programmes in the South West up to 10&U - for our stronger players we provide strength and conditioning from the age of 6, internal matchplay, league teams and tournament support, internal matchplay squads and plenty more to give children the opportunity to excel in tennis.
We work to a basic curriculum written by Toby which is easy to follow and good for guidance and consistency across the programme.

- We currently have over 20 players in the Avon county performance squads and 3 in LTA SW regional squads.

- Term time junior coaching Mon-Sat
- Junior holiday and half-term camps Mon-Fri through holidays
- Adult coaching including Cardio tennis Mon-Sat
- Private coaching 1-1 or 2-1 anytime we're available
- Tennis birthday parties for kids who are part of our coaching programme

We have been at A&BSTC for six years and O&TTC for three years - both clubs are friendly and are great communities to be involved in.

About our clubs:
- A&BSTC is a friendly tennis club in North Bristol/South Glos. with 4 floodlit NEW artificial clay courts (best for our weather), clubhouse with changing rooms, office and kitchen. We’re part of a larger sports complex with football, cricket and dance classes going on next door, as well as having our own onsite pub with great food and lots of family friendly events.

- 5 minutes up the road O&TTC is a pleasant club situated just on the edge of Tockington in the Gloucestershire countryside. It has 2 floodlit BRAND NEW artificial grass courts and a modern clubhouse with table tennis, kitchen and changing facilities.
