We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Tennis Coach to join our coaching team and help support the continued growth of our programme.

This opportunity would suit an LTA Level 3 Accredited Coach or a strong, experienced Level 2 Coach who is looking to develop their coaching career within a supportive and ambitious environment.

The successful candidate will play an active role in delivering our junior and adult coaching programme, with a particular focus on Monday evenings and weekend sessions. There will also be opportunities to increase hours through additional group coaching, individual lessons, holiday camps, and school links.

Key Responsibilities
•Deliver high-quality group coaching sessions for both juniors and adults.
•Assist with the development and growth of the club's coaching programme.
•Create a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment for players of all ages and abilities.
•Support club events, competitions, and promotional activities where required.
•Maintain high standards of professionalism, safeguarding, and customer service.

Essential Requirements
•LTA Level 3 Coach Qualification, or a strong and experienced LTA Level 2 Coach.
•Current LTA Accreditation.
•Valid DBS certificate and safeguarding training.
•Excellent communication and organisational skills.
•A positive attitude and passion for helping players improve and enjoy the game.

Desirable
•Experience delivering both junior and adult group coaching programmes.
•Experience running holiday camps and beginner programmes.
•Ability to contribute to programme development and player retention.
