We are looking for a padel coach to join our team at Vida Del Padel Lincoln.

You would deliver group coaching, clinics and individual sessions across the week, with a focus on weekday daytime and early evening where we have the most demand and the most room to grow. You would also help deliver our social programme, which runs to the same format at every club, so sessions arrive with players already attached rather than needing to be built from scratch.

Our coaches work on individual rates, hold their own listings in Playtomic under their own name, and are supported by an ambassador and activator network that helps fill sessions. There is real room to grow into a lead coach role as we expand.

Vida Del Padel is a UK padel operator running six clubs: Lincoln, Chichester, Sheffield, Guisborough, Hartlepool and Eston.

Our Lincoln club is in Lincoln, LN2 4ZS.

We build clubs around community rather than court hire. Every club runs the same national programme of socials, tournaments and clinics, supported by a coaching team, an ambassador network, and a members' league.

Essential
- LTA Level 2 Padel Instructor or equivalent
- LTA Accredited, or willing to complete accreditation before starting
- Comfortable coaching beginners through to higher level players
- Reliable week to week
- Good weekday daytime and early evening availability

Desirable
- Experience running group sessions and socials alongside individual coaching
- Local connections in and around Lincoln
