Hazelwood Sports Club is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated LTA Level 3 Tennis Coach to join our coaching team and play an important role in the continued development of tennis at the club.

The successful candidate will work across our adult and junior programmes, delivering high-quality coaching sessions and helping to create a welcoming, social and progressive environment for players of all ages and abilities.

The Role

The successful coach will be responsible for delivering a variety of sessions, including:

- Club nights – organising and delivering fun, engaging sessions for club members, with a strong emphasis on match play and participation.
- Adult beginner sessions – introducing new players to tennis in a welcoming and enjoyable environment, developing their fundamental skills and confidence.
- Adult intermediate sessions – providing structured coaching and match-play opportunities to help players improve their technical, tactical and competitive skills.
- Junior programme – working alongside the coaching team to deliver sessions across the Hazelwood junior programme, helping players develop their skills and progress through the pathway.
- Supporting the club's junior development and performance pathway where appropriate.
- Encouraging participation in club activities, competitions and events.
- Maintaining a professional, positive and friendly approach with members, parents and fellow coaches.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a coach who:

- Holds a minimum LTA Level 3 qualification.
- Is passionate about tennis and coaching.
- Has experience coaching both adults and juniors.
- Is confident delivering group sessions.
- Can create fun, engaging and structured coaching environments.
- Is reliable, punctual and professional.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is enthusiastic about developing their coaching career.
- Is able to work as part of a wider coaching team.

Experience with junior development programmes, competitions and player pathways would be advantageous.
