Junior Tennis Professional - David Lloyd Rugby
David Lloyd Rugby is seeking to employ a Junior Tennis Professional (JTP). We are seeking an LTA Level 3 accredited coach. (Strong Level 2's who are working towards or are close to completing their Level 3 course will be considered).
The JTP will head up and be responsible for the delivery of the junior tennis programme (Tennis Stars). As a result, the JTP must be well organised, punctual, engaging and above all, be able to deliver a consistent high quality on court product.
As well as the above, the JTP will have the option to deliver 1-2-1 lessons to the clubs members.
Additionally, the JTP will work within the adult tennis programme and will need to be comfortable delivering group sessions to adults.
The JTP will be encouraged to involve themselves in the regular racquets department events and competitions. Building a positive relationship with the clubs racquets members will be an important part of the role.

We have 3 indoor tennis courts, Meaning the winter months we can still provide protection from the elements for our coaching programme and 1-2-1 sessions.

As mentioned in the job description, the successful candidate will be an LTA Level 2/3 accredited coach, who is comfortable working with both juniors and adults, in both groups and 1-2-1's. You will be organized, punctual, engaging and above all else, be able to deliver a consistent high quality on court product.
The club is a busy and energetic place and so you will need to be comfy in such an environment.
As JTP you will report to and work closely with the clubs Racquets Manager and Activities Manager. Regular support and training is on hand. Being able to work as part of that team is required as is being able to approach your managers with any problems or questions you may have.
