Working alongside an experienced coaching team, you will play an important role in delivering a world-class training environment that inspires players to achieve excellence both on and off the court.

Ewell Castle Tennis Academy, currently the No. 1 tennis school in Great Britain and holder of the Glanville Cup for the second year running, has established a reputation for developing county, regional, national and international-level players within a high-performance environment that combines exceptional coaching, competitive opportunities and academic excellence. Our players compete at the highest levels of junior tennis, with many competing in Tennis Europe events and ITF tournaments, and many progressing to US college scholarships and international opportunities.

Essential
•LTA Level 4 Coach Qualification (or higher).
•Experience of coaching junior players in individual and group settings.
•Excellent communication and organisational skills.
•A passion for developing young athletes and helping them achieve their goals.
•Commitment to safeguarding and player welfare.
•Ability to inspire, motivate and build positive relationships with young players and their families.
Desirable
•Experience working with county, regional or nationally-ranked players.
•Experience coaching players at competitions.
•Experience within a school, academy or performance environment.
•LTA Level 4 qualification (or working towards it).
