Head Tennis Professional - Australia
You enjoy coaching, working with people and are ready to lead a team, grow participation and make a real impact in a tennis community.
What you'll be doing:
-Leading the daily operations of a tennis venue
-Coaching players of all ages and levels
-Supporting and developing other coaches
-Helping grow programs and improve player engagement
-Building strong relationships with players, parents and schools
-Running events, tournaments and holiday programs
-Ensuring a great experience for all players
We are one of Australia's leading tennis organisations, with venues across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide. We focus on great coaching, strong teams and building positive tennis communities.
What we're looking for:
-At least 3 years' experience in coaching and program leadership
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Positive, organised and professional approach
-Comfortable coaching on court and leading off court
-Passion for helping players develop and enjoy tennis
