2. Lead junior development: mini tennis pathways, competition entry (Road to Wimbledon, County Leagues) and the annual Junior Club Tournament.
3. Design a varied school holiday programme to grow membership and sustain junior participation.
4. Continue to grow the coaching programme across all age groups, creating opportunities for new and existing members.
5. Manage, motivate and develop a team of assistant coaches, ensuring all coaching meets LTA safeguarding, equality and diversity standards.
6. Manage bookings, scheduling and member communications via the club's digital platforms, report to the committee monthly and contribute to club marketing.
7. Build strong relationships with players, parents, committee members and local schools.
8. Support club open days, social events, competitions and membership recruitment throughout the year.
