FULL-TIME TENNIS COACH | 15 GUARANTEED HOURS + MAJOR GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Go Tennis is looking for an experienced LTA Level 3 or Level 4 coach to join our growing coaching programme across four venues at Grayshott, Headley, Fernhurst and Churt.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right coach to step into an established programme with approximately 15 guaranteed group coaching hours per week from the outset, while having significant scope to build additional individual coaching with both juniors and adults.
All group coaching is paid at £35 per hour to the coach, whether Level 3 or Level 4.
Alongside the guaranteed group programme, the successful coach will have access to our four venues and established database of junior and adult players and families, providing an excellent platform to develop a substantial individual coaching diary.
Individual coaching earnings:
At a Go Tennis venue:
• Experienced Level 3: £35 per hour to the coach
• Level 4: £40 per hour to the coach
Individual coaching at a customer’s home:
• Experienced Level 3: £40 per hour to the coach
• Level 4: £45 per hour to the coach
The individual lesson rates above are the coach’s earnings after the £5 Go Tennis fee. Tennis balls are provided by Go Tennis.
The real opportunity is the potential to build beyond the initial guaranteed hours. Rather than joining with an empty diary, the successful coach will be joining an established coaching operation with four venues, existing programmes and access to a substantial junior and adult player base.
For the right experienced Level 3 or Level 4 coach, the 15 guaranteed group hours are the starting point, not the ceiling. We are looking for somebody who wants to develop a strong individual client base, build a substantial coaching schedule and become an important long-term part of the continued growth of Go Tennis.
Go Tennis is an established and growing coaching organisation operating across four venues at Grayshott, Headley, Fernhurst and Churt, serving communities across the Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex borders.
We deliver a comprehensive coaching programme for juniors and adults, from beginners and recreational players through to experienced club and competitive players.
Go Tennis has built an established database of over 1,000 junior and adult players and families, alongside a growing network of local schools. This provides the successful coach with a significant existing audience and genuine potential to develop additional individual coaching, new groups and further playing opportunities.
Rather than joining a single venue and having to build a coaching base from scratch, the successful coach will have the opportunity to work across four venues, an established coaching programme, our 1,000+ player database and our school network.
We are continuing to grow the programme and see considerable potential for the right experienced Level 3 or Level 4 coach to grow with us.
With approximately 15 group coaching hours guaranteed from the outset, the opportunity to develop individual coaching with juniors and adults, access to four venues and our wider school network, there is a strong platform to build a substantial coaching schedule.
We are looking for someone who wants to become an important long-term part of Go Tennis, contribute to the continued growth of the programme and build their own coaching career alongside it.
We are looking for an experienced LTA Level 3 or Level 4 coach who is passionate about coaching and wants to become an important long-term part of a growing tennis programme.
The right person will be:
• An experienced LTA Level 3 or Level 4 coach with current LTA Coach Accreditation
• An excellent on-court coach who can work confidently with both juniors and adults across a range of ages and abilities
• Energetic, engaging and able to create enjoyable, positive coaching environments that players want to return to
• Professional, reliable, punctual and well organised
• An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with players, parents, schools and the wider coaching team
• Able to deliver high-quality group sessions as well as individual coaching
• Proactive and motivated, with the ambition to develop their own individual coaching diary and build additional hours
• Someone who understands that great coaching is not only about technical knowledge, but also player experience, communication, development and retention
• Comfortable working across our four venues and within our school network
• A strong team player who is also capable of taking responsibility and working independently
• Interested in contributing ideas and helping Go Tennis continue to develop and grow
Above all, we are looking for the right person, not simply someone to fill the available hours.
The successful coach will be joining with approximately 15 guaranteed group hours, but we want someone who sees the wider opportunity presented by four venues, a database of over 1,000 juniors and adults and our school network.
For an ambitious and experienced coach who wants to build a substantial coaching schedule and establish themselves within a growing programme, there is significant potential to develop the role.
