The successful candidate will join a large, friendly and sociable coaching team based at East Grinstead Tennis Club and working across the wider Sussex area.

The main focus of the role will be to deliver high-quality tennis coaching across clubs and independent schools, working closely alongside the Head Coach to develop your coaching skills and gain valuable experience.

You will also be guaranteed regular coaching hours at one or more independent schools in Sussex, providing excellent variety within the role and the opportunity to build a full-time coaching schedule from your first day.

There will be plenty of opportunities for personal development, further qualifications and career progression.

East Grinstead Tennis, Squash & Racketball Club is a friendly, welcoming club catering for players of all ages and abilities.

The club boasts eight tennis courts, including four floodlit courts, with six courts having recently undergone a full refurbishment. The club also offers three modernised squash courts, along with excellent changing facilities.

EG Tennis Coaching Ltd is based at East Grinstead Tennis Club but also delivers and manages coaching programmes at two additional tennis clubs across the Mid Sussex area.

In addition, we work with a number of leading independent schools across Sussex, delivering extensive and established tennis coaching programmes for pupils of all ages and abilities. This provides our coaching team with a varied working environment and the opportunity to work across clubs and schools, gaining valuable experience in different coaching settings.
