Group and private lessons
Support the supervision of customers ensuring their safety, wellbeing and appropriate conduct at all times
Provide an outstanding level of customer service creating a welcoming and positive experience for all participants
Build strong relationships with customers, parents and colleagues through effective communication
Manage customer enquiries, comments and complaints professionally, courteously and efficiently
Promote participation and help develop tennis programmes within the local community
