We’re expanding our padel offering across our clubs and are looking for enthusiastic freelance coaches to deliver exceptional sessions to players of all ages and levels.

Powerleague Bolton are launching 4 covered padel courts this September.

🎾 What You’ll Do
Deliver high‑quality padel coaching sessions for adults and juniors, both group and 1‑to‑1.
Provide expert instruction on technique, stroke production, footwork, match strategy and overall player development.
Adapt coaching styles to suit beginners through to intermediate and advanced players.
Promote an inclusive, positive and safe environment for all players.

✔ What We’re Looking For
LTA Level 2 Padel Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) & LTA Accreditation.
Proven experience coaching padel with a genuine passion for growing the sport.
Energetic, enthusiastic and confident communicator.
Strong time management and flexibility in working hours.
Ability to represent our club values and deliver exceptional customer experience.
