This is a flexible self-employed coaching position, offering approximately 10–35 hours per week, depending on your availability and the needs of the programme.

We already have an established coaching team and can adapt the programme around the strengths, interests and availability of the successful candidate.

We are open to coaches with different areas of expertise and would particularly welcome someone who can develop a specialism in Tots, Mini Red and Community and schools outreach coaching. Although would also be interested to hear with coaches who believe they could drive other areas of the club such as:
-Tournament player training
-Junior and Adult club social tennis
-Disability, inclusion and parks programmes

Experience at LTA Level 3 or above would be preferred, although we are happy to consider coaches with the right experience, qualifications and approach.
A willingness to coach evenings, weekends and other less sociable hours would be a particular strength, given the needs of our members and programmes.

-Contractual membership, allowing use of tennis, squash, hockey and bar facilities at the club.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about tennis and enjoys helping people play, compete and improve.

You should be:
-An enthusiastic and engaging coach
-Reliable, professional and well organised
-Comfortable coaching players across a range of ages and abilities
-Able to work independently while contributing positively to an existing coaching team
-Available for some evening and weekend work
-Ideally qualified to LTA Level 3 or above, with relevant coaching experience.
