The role will see the successful applicant become a key member of the Coaching team at Alderley Edge Tennis on a Full Time Basis.
The Job will involve work within the Weekly Coaching Programme (Juniors, Adults, Development & Performance), our Schools Outreach Programme, Holiday Camps, Team Training and also delivery of Individual Lessons.
There is also the opportunity to offer Internal/External Tournaments in conjunction with the Club/Coaching Team.
The role would see the successful applicant arrive into a “ready made” Full Time position, taking over the Hours of a departing Coach (who is leaving to take up a new career).
The successful Coach would be expected to assist and support the Head Coach & other Coaches in the continuous development of the award winning Programme at Alderley Edge Tennis.

Alderley Edge Tennis is an outstanding Club boasting some of the finest facilities in our region. We have 14 courts, of which there are 10 Artificial Clay and 4 Astro (plans to convert these to Clay in the next 1-2yrs). We have 8 floodlit courts.

The Club has won both the Cheshire LTA "Club Of The Year" and LTA North Region "Club of the Year" in recent years and the award winning Coaching Team can be considered one of the strongest around, with strong links to Cheshire County Tennis. In 2026 we made it to the Final stages of being named an LTA 10U Performance Network Club, ultimately falling just short, but motivated to set our standards even higher going forward.

Our players range from Beginner through to Performance at all ages and we pride ourselves in offering the chance for everyone to achieve their Tennis Goals, whatever that may be!
