Please be aware that you can ONLY book this assessment if you have completed the Level 3 Core Training, which includes your group Summative Assessment.
The LTA Level 3 Summative Assessment is a real-life assessment where the eligible candidate submits a video of a 45-minute individual lesson in their home venue to LTA Learn to be marked by a member of the LTA Qualification Assessor team.
COURSE DETAILS
The LTA Level 3 Coach Qualification is a real-life assessment, filmed in your home venue, and uploaded to LTA Learn. The qualification is awarded by 1st4sport.
Upon successful completion you will be able to work independently and coach beginners and improvers in group and individual lessons as well as overseeing the work of Assistants (Level 1) and Instructors (Level 2)
Please be aware that LTA Level 3 Summative Assessment uses LTA Learn for you to submit your assessment video, and for the assessor to mark. You will receive your results and action plan within 2 weeks of submission.
Booking a Summative Assessment allows for ONE submission - if you receive a not yet pass mark you will be required to book another Summative Assessment.

The Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) is the national governing body for tennis in Great Britain. Our mission is to get more people play tennis more often. The LTA focuses on a number of key areas of work which include coach development, competition and major events, high performance support, officiating and participation support among others.
The LTA run a number of coach education events including their flagship CPD event the National Coaches Conference, in addition to forums and safeguarding courses. The LTA also run courses for officials.
