Red ball group for those who have a good understanding of how to perform the variety of shots and are able to rally with a coach. These sessions introduce players to the challenge of rallying with a partner and help them to begin understanding the purpose behind each shot. With a balance of structured drills and gameplay, children start to build tactical awareness, consistency, and problem-solving skills, all while continuing to enjoy the social and active nature of tennis.
