Our Coach & Play sessions are designed for adults who are new to tennis, returning after a break, or still building confidence on court.
Each 90-minute session includes one hour of friendly coaching tips and guided practice, followed by 30 minutes of relaxed free play, giving players the chance to put what they have learned into practice in a supportive group environment.
The sessions are ideal for those who want to improve their technique, understand the basics of rallying and match play, and enjoy tennis at a comfortable pace without feeling under pressure.
After the on-court session, players are invited to stay for a relaxed social get-together with coffee and biscuits included.
