Adult Red Ball is a fun, beginner-friendly version of tennis designed for adults who are new to the game or returning after a break.
Using softer red tennis balls on a smaller court, players have more time to react, rally and develop their skills. Sessions focus on learning the basics, improving confidence, and enjoying social match play in a relaxed and supportive environment.
It is perfect for complete beginners, returning players, and anyone looking for a fun way to get active and learn tennis.
