Develop your game and compete with confidence.
Adult Intermediate is for players who are comfortable playing the full game of tennis and can serve, rally and score consistently, but want to develop their game further.
Sessions focus on improving technical consistency, movement, tactical awareness and point construction, with players encouraged to make better decisions and apply their skills under pressure.
The aim is to help players become more complete and effective match players, with the confidence and skills to compete against a range of opponents.
