Our Advanced Adult sessions are designed for experienced players looking to refine their game in a competitive and high-level training environment. Sessions focus on advanced technical development, tactical awareness, point construction, and decision-making under pressure.
Players will work on singles and doubles patterns of play, developing consistency, variation, and the ability to identify and exploit opponents’ weaknesses. With a strong emphasis on match situations and tactical understanding, these sessions are ideal for players who play regularly and compete in league matches for LLanelli Tennis Club.
