Digital Ticketing

The LTA is introducing digital ticketing for all their events for 2021 and onwards. It is likely that you have used digital ticketing in the past at other sporting/live events or boarding a plane or train. Therefore, we are hopeful that this will not be new to you however; we want to make sure that you are supported in our change to digital ticketing.

Why use Digital Tickets

Digital Tickets have been introduced in the first instance to make sure our events are COVID secure and meet all SGSA guidelines so we can put on our events with fans in attendance. Digital Ticketing is also a sustainable way of ticketing that is easy to use and enables customer’s quick and secure access to our events.

Using Digital Tickets

To make digital ticketing as easy as possible for our customers we have developed an LTA Tickets app. The LTA tickets app will be available to download once your tickets are ready. Ticket purchasers will be invited to download and register on the app via email when tickets are ready.

Within the LTA Tickets app you will be able to view essential event and ticket information in regards to your visit and manage your tickets quickly and easily.
