These Terms & Conditions together with any specific rules or conditions explained or notified by LTA Operations Limited (the LTA) as relevant to this ticket sale, apply to the sale of tickets for the Fever-Tree Championships 2018 (the Event), held at The Queen’s Club, Palliser Road, London W14 9EQ (the Venue), by See Tickets on behalf of the LTA.  All applicants for tickets (the Applicants) agree to accept the following terms and conditions.  The Event will be held at the Venue during the period 18 – 24 June 2018 and will be staged by the LTA, whose address is at the National Tennis Centre, 100 Priory Lane, Roehampton, London SW15 5JQ.  See Tickets is the official ticket agency of the Event and is a trading name of The Way Ahead Group Ltd (See Tickets).

Pre-General Sale Tickets

Purchase of pre-general sale tickets to the Event is limited to those individuals who the LTA grants such rights to (including certain British Tennis Team Members). Eligible British Tennis Team Members who are under 18 years of age must (a) have permission from a parent/guardian in order to purchase the tickets and (b) be accompanied by a responsible adult (who also has a valid ticket for the Event) when they attend the Event. All other purchasers must be aged 18 or over at the time of purchase.

Each individual applying for pre-general sale tickets shall be entitled to purchase a maximum of four Centre Court tickets (or Ground Admission inc. Unreserved Court 1 tickets if available for that sale) during such sale, subject to availability.

General Sale Tickets

Subject to the paragraph below, each individual applying for general sale tickets shall be entitled to purchase a maximum of four tickets for either (or a combination of) Centre Court or Ground Admission inc. Unreserved Court 1, subject to availability, from the start of the general sale until the close of play on the last day of the Event.

All customers are entitled to purchase a maximum of four tickets across all of the sale periods referenced above.

Conditions For All Tickets

1. The LTA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any applications for tickets in excess of the permitted maximum.

2. Tickets are not refundable and may not be exchanged or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, moved to another venue or as otherwise set out in these terms and conditions.

3. Tickets to the Event may not be resold or transferred (or offered for sale or transfer) above face value and may only be used by the Applicant or (where more than one ticket has been issued to the Applicant) by the Applicant and one guest per extra ticket issued (the Guest(s)), other than with the permission of the LTA.

4. Any resale or transfer or attempt to resell or transfer any ticket by the Applicant or Guest in contravention of these Terms & Conditions will render the ticket (and at the LTA’s discretion any other ticket issued to the Applicant or Guest) null and void (with no refund) and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be cancelled.

5. Anyone attempting to use an unlawful or invalid ticket, or otherwise enter or remain at the Event without a valid ticket will be seen as a trespasser and refused entry or evicted from the Event, and may be liable to legal action.

6. All tickets remain the property of the LTA at all times.

7. The Applicant acknowledges that the LTA cannot guarantee the length of play, the identity of the players or the stage of the tournament played on the day of the Event to which the Applicant’s ticket(s) relates.

8. As the Fever-Tree Championships is played outdoors, play is subject to the weather. If, due to unfavourable weather conditions on the day for which the Applicant’s ticket is valid, there is less than two non-consecutive hours’ play on the court to which the Applicant’s ticket gives access (Centre Court if a Centre Court ticket), or, in the case of a Ground Admission inc. Unreserved Court 1 ticket, if there is less than two non-consecutive hours’ play in total on the courts to which the Applicant’s ticket gives access (play occurring at the same time on different courts only being counted once), the Applicant may claim a refund to the full face value of the ticket by following the instructions on the ticket itself.  This does not apply where all of the play scheduled for that day for the court(s) which that ticket specifically gives access to (as above) has taken place (the latest version of the schedule, including revised schedules released on the day of play, shall apply for these purposes).  In such cases, no refund will be given. Two non-consecutive hours’ play is measured using official records of the court umpires.  No refund is available for evening Ground Admission inc. Unreserved Court 1 tickets.  Refunds will only be made to the original ticket purchaser.

Refunds for ticket holders who purchased their tickets in advance (internet/telephone) from the Official Tournament Box Office by credit or debit card will be processed automatically to the original cardholder. Transaction and booking fees are non-refundable.

In the event that you purchased your ticket by cash, cheque or from the on site Official Tournament Box Office, you will need to send this ticket, by 31 July 2018, with the name of the payee, address and full postcode in block capitals, to the Fever-Tree Championships Raincheck Department, See Tickets, 2nd Floor, Norfolk House, 47 Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 2AB. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. The LTA cannot take responsibility for tickets lost in the post. Tickets will be refunded by cheque and sent to your registered address. Any transaction and booking fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed in GBP, within 28 days of receipt, provided the details we hold are correct. No claim will be made in favour of anyone other than the original purchaser and unless such claim is accompanied by this ticket. Further information on how to claim your refund can be found at www.lta.org.uk. If you purchased your ticket via The Queen’s Club, Keith Prowse or Thomas Cook Sport, please contact them for information on how to claim your refund.

9. It is the responsibility of the Applicant to inform the LTA of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of tickets. The LTA accepts no liability for the Applicant’s failure to do so.  Please note that the LTA’s preferred method of contact for Applicants booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.

10. If tickets that are despatched are returned as "addressee unknown" or similar, the LTA reserves the right to cancel the tickets without further liability to the Applicant.

11. In order to prevent fraud and to protect both parties, the Applicant may be asked to provide additional information after the Applicant’s booking so that the Applicant’s purchase can be verified.

12. Where a ticket is lost or stolen, the LTA should be notified immediately and shall, subject to ascertaining and verifying the circumstances in which the ticket holder was in possession of the ticket and of the loss or theft of the ticket, make a duplicate ticket or tickets available for collection from the On-site Box Office during the Event. Duplicate tickets will only be issued to the cardholder on production of the card used to pay for the tickets and photo identification. Any duplicate tickets automatically invalidate the original ticket.

13. As a condition of entry to the Event the Applicant and the Guest(s) shall:

13.1 comply with the conditions of entry specified on the back of the ticket to the Event and as advertised at the Event;

13.2 not be entitled to enter the Venue except upon presentation at the designated entrance as listed on an appropriate ticket and subject to compliance with such other checks on admission as the LTA or the Venue may reasonably impose from time to time (including bag searches and pat-down searches);

13.3 comply with all present and future laws, ordinances, orders, conditions of entry, rules and regulations (whether statutory or otherwise and including health and safety and security requirements) governing the Venue or the Event; and

13.4 not behave in a threatening, abusive or violent manner while at the Event.

The LTA shall be entitled to refuse admission to, or eject from the Event, any person who does not comply with the conditions above or any other conditions set and communicated by the LTA for the Event or whose behaviour or conduct could in the reasonable opinion of the LTA or its authorised representatives constitute a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance or otherwise affect the enjoyment of other spectators or persons at the Event.

14. The LTA accepts no liability for any possessions of the Applicant or his or her Guest(s) confiscated or left unattended within the Venue.

15. These terms and conditions, and any related non-contractual obligations, are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the LTA and the Applicant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales (including in relation to non-contractual disputes).

16. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

17. These terms and conditions shall also apply for any separate or related event which may take place during the Event. Details of any such event and specific terms relating to it will be featured on the tournament website (or other website notified by the LTA).

18. Ground Admission inc. Unreserved Court 1 tickets for Friday 22 June allow access to players practicing on the outside courts but it is likely no matches will be scheduled on Court 1 or the outside courts on this day.

The Fever-Tree Championships Conditions of Entry

Entry into the Venue requires a valid ticket or other authorisation (such as a valid wristband, pass, accreditation or swing tag) which must be retained at all times and implies acceptance of the following conditions which have been established for the safety and enjoyment of all visitors and may be amended from time to time.

1. Tickets and other authorisations remain the property of the LTA at all times.

2. Tickets cannot be transferred or re-sold (or offered for sale) above face value other than with the permission of the LTA nor can they be exchanged or refunded, except under the rain check scheme specified on the back of the ticket.  Any such action will render the ticket (and at the LTA’s discretion any other ticket issued to the individual or the purchaser of those tickets) null and void (with no refund) and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be cancelled.

3. Tickets are issued to view such matches as may be played on the designated day and designated courts. Please note any provisional order of play and start times are subject to change at the discretion of the tournament organisers.

4. Ticket holders and other entrants may be subject to security checks and bag, body and/or vehicle searches throughout the Venue at any time.  The LTA and the Venue owner reserve the right to limit items which may be brought into the Venue (and may confiscate such items) and to search bags, vehicles and the person before granting entry to the Venue and other facilities.  The LTA and the Venue owner cannot take responsibility for personal property brought onto the Venue.

Any such items will be confiscated and handed to security staff for disposal and ticket holders in possession of such items may be refused entry to or ejected from the Venue. The LTA and the Venue owner will not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

18. No person (unless otherwise authorised) may continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the Venue any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion) for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose. The continual use of handheld electronic devices within the confines (spectator area) of the tournament match courts is prohibited. The exception to this provision is properly accredited media, tournament vendors and tournament staff when used in the performance of their duties.

19. The LTA and the Venue owner reserve the right to demand any individual reasonably suspected to be using a mobile telephone, radio or other communication device in an antisocial manner or to be engaging in suspicious activity (including but not limited to the provision of information for betting purposes) to cease using such device immediately and the LTA and the Venue owner may confiscate such device and may eject any such individual from the Venue (with no refund)
