Event Guide

The 2016 event will be held from 30 November - 4 December. Please keep checking the website for information on tickets and everything you need to know about the event. 

Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre is located on the north end of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. 

*Please note there will be bag searches on entering the venue.*

Getting to the venue

There will be FREE return transport from Stratford underground/train station to Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre on offer to fans attending the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Masters from Wednesday 30the November - Sunday 4th December.

A minibus will run from 9.30am, every 15-20 minutes to and from Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre until 7pm, or 30 minutes after the conclusion of play. When arriving at Stratford station take the Westfield Shopping Centre exit (adjacent to Starbucks) and head towards the taxi rank. The pick-up / drop off point will be located on the opposite side of the road, and keep a look out for the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Masters branded vehicles.

Saturday 3rd December - West Ham Vs. Arsenal football match.

Please be advised that due to the West Ham vs Arsenal football match on Saturday 3rd December and the large number of football supporters that will be arriving/departing this area, we reccomend spectators avoid travelling back to Stratford Underground Station/Westfield between 4-5.30pm and after 6pm on Saturday 3rd December.

 *Please note this mini bus is not for use by school groups. A seperate email communication has been sent to school groups advising the best routes to the venue.


  • The nearest stations are Stratford and Stratford International from where you can take advantage of the free shuttle bus to the venue. Both these stations provide step free acess from the entrance to the platform.


  • Lee Valley Hockey & Tennis Centre is serviced by Bus 308 that starts on Montfichet Road outside Stratford station passing Stratford International on route. These buses run every 5 mins, passing through Chobham Academy, Velopark, and New Spitalfields Market.


  • If you are driving to the Park, there is paid parking at Westfield Stratford City, Stratford International station and the Stratford Centre. To get to these, use road signs to Westfield and then follow local signage to the car park. Parking at the nearby Westfield Shopping Centre for £6.50 a day during the week and £9.50 a day at weekends. Please note there is no parking at the venue.
  • There are 15 disabled car parking spaces available on site at the venue and these will be allocated on a first come first served basis to Blue Badge holders. If this becomes full, the Tournament will endeavour to assist Blue Badge Holders in locating alternative parking bays on site.
