Welcome to the Lexus Eastbourne Open!

On behalf of the LTA, I’d like to offer a very warm welcome to you all. Whether you are returning or experiencing the delights of Devonshire Park for the first time, we hope you enjoy all the facilities that this tournament has to offer.

Don't miss the world-class Performance Gym at Eastbourne College (opposite the locker room building), the expanded grass area next to practice court 10 for warm up drills on the grass surface or the daily prize draw to win a voucher for everyone's favourite Italian restaurant!

Myself and my team are here to help you have the best week possible and our Player Services Team of Debbie Ormston, Sophie Stevens, Huw David and Max Beech are on hand for anything you need during your stay.

We have some exciting updates for 2026 which we hope you will enjoy.

As mentioned by our Tournament Director, we have extended our outdoor grass space for warm-ups and will provide a charging unit in Player Services for your devices. We are also bringing back the extra space in the player lounge and gym that many of you enjoyed in 2025.

In addition, each player will receive a complimentary laundry bag.

All players are entitled to receive three credential passes (player +2 PST) for the event - these should be requested through WTA/ATP UNO.

Accreditation is available from the front of the Welcome Building upon your arrival. You can then access Player Dining or the Lounge and Gym by descending either in the lift or via the stairs to the lower levels.

Food and drink in the Player Lounge is complimentary and self-service. You will be required to have your accreditation pass scanned on entry to the Dining area.

Player Dining opens on Thursday 18 June through to Saturday 27 June.

Items available include breakfast items, hot dishes, meats, fresh salads, snacks, afternoon tea and fruit.

Please notify the Catering staff or Player Services if you have any dietary requirements.

Drinks include barista coffee, fresh smoothies and soft drinks. There are two BRITA hydration stations located in the dinning room that offer still and sparkling water.

Player Dining Hours:

• Thursday 18 June: 11:00-16:00
• Friday 19 June: 09:00-18:00
• Saturday 20 - Saturday 27 June: 09:00 - one hour after the start of the final match

Onsite Gym:

Warm up area with light weights, static bikes, and an outdoor warm up area.

Available from Thursday 18 - Saturday 27 June.

College Gym:

Additional state of the art gym facilities are available at Eastbourne College across from Gate 3.

This is accessed from College road opposite Gate 3. Please sign in and out with the Security/Marshal.

Located adjacent to Gate 3.

WTA locker rooms, physio and Doctor are on the first floor.

ATP locker rooms rooms, physio and Doctor are on the ground floor. 

WTA Performance Health team, including PHCPs, MTs, Mental Health Care Provider, and Sports Dietitian and ATP Physio teams are located inside the Locker Room Building, together with WTA and ATP Physicians.

The Player Lounge and Gym are located on the bottom floor of the Welcome Building. If accessing from within the Park you can either enter under the Love Fifteen archway and then turn right and walk down the stairs. Or you can access via the Player Ramp behind the Trade Stands.

The practice desk is contactable via WhatsApp to request the number. Please see either Andy Fyfe in the Centre Court building or request this off of the player services team in the Welcome Building. 

Please note the following information about UK withholding tax.

Prize money issued by the LTA events is subject to a withholding tax under UK Tax Authority. Under the revised ""Reduced Rate Tax Withholding Application"" the amount earned by any non-UK resident player before tax is £12,570 from 6 April 2024 to 5 April 2025. Once a non-UK resident player's earnings exceed this amount, all prize money earned from LTA events will be subject to a 20% withholding tax deduction.

When tax is deducted on-site Player Services will complete a FEU2 form showing details of prize money earned and tax withheld. A copy of FEU2 form will be provided to players during event and players should retain this for their tax agent / manager. A duplicate copy cannot be issued. The LTA will be responsible for paying the tax withheld over to the UK Tax Authority.

WTA and ATP singles qualifying begins from 11am on Saturday 20 June, concluding on Sunday 21 June.

The 2026 site map will be available here closer to the event.

Stringing service available from Thursday 18 June.

The stringing service is located adjacent to Player Dining.

Price per racket is £20 and is payable via prize money.

All players will be provided with a 1,000ml reusable bottle on arrival that can be filled up with BRITA-filtered water in player areas, as well as on match and practice courts. If required, PSTs can request 1 x 600ml reusable bottle on arrival.

We encourage all players and PSTs attending the Lexus Eastbourne Open to retain their reusable bottles and continue to use them across the grass court season.

All Player Match Box & Player Guest ticketing will be digital for 2026. Please download the LTA Courtside app from the Apple Store or Google Play before you arrive to avoid any delays.
