We have extended the clubhouse gym and added a warm up zone to court 1 of the ITC. Players will have use of some pieces of equipment up there including bikes, resistance bands and mats. Please ask for the massage gun at player services.
Catering tokens shold be collected from just outside the players dining area this year.
The player lounge is located on two squash courts on the ground floor of the EPC.

Rooms are available as bed and breakfast with service times between 06:30-10:00.
Any costs incurred to the room will need to be paid for by the player and/or guest upon check out.
All players are entitled to receive three credential passes (player +2 PST) for the event - these should be requested through WTA/ATP UNO. For any queries, contact accreditation@lexusbirminghamopen.co.uk.
Collect your accreditation from the accreditation cabin in the main front Car Park. The accreditation desk will be open on Wednesday 10 June from 9:00.
Player catering is in the family dining room of the clubhouse. Please collect your token before you go in.
Players receive two complimentary meals on site. Further meals for PST's cost £22.50 and can be paid for at the entrance to the player dining area.
Please use the QR code to sign up for meals after the last matches go on court.
There will be one ice bath located in the accessible toilet inside the Indoor Tennis Centre for players' use.
Laundry bags will be collected at 08:45 and returned same day at 15:45. Please ensure bags are dropped into player services before 08:30.
Each laundry bag must include one player's kit - please do not mix male and female player kit.
Players receive one complimentary bag of laundry. One additional complimentary load will be given to players reaching singles Quarterfinals and Doubles Semifinals. Additional laundry bags are £14.50.
The tournament is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
ATP and WTA locker room's are located on the ground floor of the ITC. Club member shared use locker rooms are located on the ground floor of the Edgbaston Priory Club.
The player doctor room is located on the first floor of the EPC. The player doctor is onsite each day of the tournament from 09:30 until the end of play.
PHCP - Primary Health Care Professionals are located on the ground floor of the EPC next to player services.
The player lounge is located on the ground floor of the EPC. The player lounge is open from 09:00 until 18:00 or 30 minutes after the end of play (which ever is latest).
If you have any questions relating to the player lounge, please ask in player services, in the adjacent squash courts.
Practice courts are located off site at Tally Ho Training Ground, just 10 mins from the EPC.
Tournament transport will run between the hotel, the venue and the pracice courts. Please ask the transport manager for further details, in player services.

The official Dunlop stringing service is located opposite player services. The price is £18 (for labour only, please bring your own strings). Priority is given to players still in the tournament, but wherever possible Dunlop will try to provide a same-day service.
Stringing charges can be deducted from your prize money or paid by card upon collection of your racket.
The stringing service will be open from Wednesday 27 May.
All Player Match Box & Player Guest ticketing will be digital for 2026.
Please download the LTA Courtside app from the Apple Store or Google Play before you arrive to avoid any delays
Cars and shuttles are provided throughout the tournament from 08:00 until 22:00 - please book these services at least 24 hours in advance.
Arrival transfers are only available from:
- East Midlands Airport (EMA)
- Birmingham International Airport (BHX)
- Birmingham New Street Station
Arrival transfers are not provided from London Airports or the Eurostar. Trains to Birmingham New Street leave from London Euston Railway Station. Please contact transport@lexusbirminghamopen.co.uk for any queries.
The LTA will also provide complementary transport by bus between the grass court summer events (Birmingham, Queens, Ilkley, Nottingham and Eastbourne). Please see the Player Services Team to book your place.
