When is the Nitto ATP Finals 2021?

This year’s Nitto ATP Finals get underway from Sunday 14 November, with both the singles and doubles finals taking place on Sunday 21 November.

Where is the Nitto ATP Finals 2021 being held?

For the first time, this year’s finals will be held at the Pala Alpitour in Turin.

Over the last 12 years, the season finale had taken place at the O2 Arena in London – playing host to some of the game’s greatest champions, including Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray, who famously won the event in 2016.

What is the format for the Nitto ATP Finals 2021?

The tournament will start in a round-robin format, with the players being split into one of two groups. Each player will then play against the three other stars or teams in their group.

The top two players with the best winning records in each group will go through to a straight knockout semi-final and then final.

Which British players are competing at the Nitto ATP Finals 2021?

This year, Great Britain will have two stars competing in the doubles event.

Four-time Grand Slam champion Joe Salisbury leads the line-up as he and American partner Rajeev Ram come in as the second seeds.

Salisbury and Ram have been in unbelievable form this year, winning the Canadian Open Masters, building up to their US Open triumph back in September. Having won two mixed doubles slams this year and reaching another final, Salisbury is up there with the top players on the planet right now and will be looking to add the ATP Finals trophy to his collection.

Meanwhile, Jamie Murray and Bruno Soares took the final spot in the finals after a couple of excellent results in St Petersburg and Paris.

The British Brazilian duo have won two Grand Slam titles together over the years and competed in the Finals four times. One of the most experienced teams in the draw, Murray and Soares are no strangers to playing the big occasions together and will be looking to cause an upset in Turin.

Cam Norrie is the second alternate for the singles event.
