What a year it’s been for tennis in Britain. From Johanna Konta rewriting history at Wimbledon to Jamie Murray becoming a five-time Grand Slam champion, we've had a ball!

Now as we wind down for the festive season, we couldn’t think of a better time to celebrate some of our favourite moments that have taken the social media world by storm…

    • First up, it’s high fives all round for the Great Britain Davis Cup team after they defeated Canada 3-2 to reach their fourth consecutive World Group quarter-final.
    • Nothing quite beats that winning feeling, so let’s throwback to February when Johanna Konta and Heather Watson secured Britain’s place in the Fed Cup World Group II play-offs.  
    • Maybe it was their game of Would You Rather beforehand that helped? 

    • 2017 brought some special milestones for Andy Murray. Not only did he start the year as the world No.1 for the first time in his career, but he also joined the 30 club! Here are some familiar faces with their birthday wishes… 

    • Over to Trent Bridge, we set the ultimate challenge for Fed Cup stars Johanna Konta and Joss Rae as they took on England cricketers Paul Collingwood and Jonathan Trott in a game of Tennis vs Cricket. 

    • Giant tennis beer pong anyone? Jamie Murray and Joss Rae faced off in our video.  

    • We put Laura Robson to the test and asked her to recreate Feliciano Lopez’s fearless forehand. How do you think she fared? 

    • What does John Bishop love about tennis? We spoke to the comedian at the Aegon Championships.

    • They might be a team on court, but it’s a different story off it! Jamie Murray and Bruno Soares take on each other in a ball bottle bounce.

    • Olly Murs swapped the mic for a racket as he joined Johanna Konta on court for an accuracy test.
    • Rain doesn’t always have to stop play. In Eastbourne, the ball kids took on the bottle flip challenge.
    • Wimbledon was jam-packed with British success which had fans on the edges of their seats. We wrapped up the fortnight in a few words.
