Tennis Wales Awards 2026, Sponsored by Veygo Winners

• 5 minute read

This Weekend Tennis Wales proudly celebrated the individuals, groups, and organisations that shaped tennis across Wales in 2025 at the Tennis Wales Awards 2026, sponsored by Veygo.

The awards brought together members of the Welsh tennis community for an evening at the Holland House Hotel in Cardiff, recognising the dedication, and impact of those working and play at all levels of the tennis and padel.

The evening opened with a fantastic performance from the all-female Sororitas Choir, followed by host broadcaster and journalist John-Paul Davies, who guided guests through an evening celebrating what makes Welsh Tennis and Padel such a special community to be a part of.

Tennis Wales was delighted to welcome a wide range of guests from across all areas of Wales, including key event sponsors Veygo, whose ongoing support plays an important role in recognising and celebrating achievement across the Welsh tennis landscape.

James Armstrong from Veygo praised the event, saying:

“It has been a pleasure to once again support the Tennis Wales Awards and celebrate the talent and dedication shown across the sport. Sponsoring this partnership is important to us as it reflects our shared commitment to supporting young people, recognising their achievements and helping them build confidence as they progress. At Veygo, we help young drivers gain the freedom to drive safely, develop confidence on the road and grow into responsible drivers through simpler access to car insurance."

Maria Rees, Operations Manager at Tennis Wales, added:

“The Tennis Wales Awards are always a special occasion, giving us the chance to shine a spotlight on the people that make our sport thrive. We’re incredibly proud of everything achieved across the Welsh tennis and padel landscape in 2025 and grateful to Veygo, and our many category sponsors for their continued support in helping us celebrate those successes.”
