Tennis Scotland Open Tour Finals to be shown live on Premier Sports

Tennis Scotland are delighted to announce that the season-ending Tennis Scotland Open Tour Finals will be shown live on Premier Sports.
Four matches, including the men’s and women’s finals, will be broadcast live from Scotstoun Tennis Centre in Glasgow on Premier Sports 1 and will also be available on the Premier Sports Player and the Tennis Scotland YouTube channel on Tuesday 16 December.
Produced by Play Vision Sports Broadcasting, Tuesday’s action gets underway at 9.30am with live coverage of a women’s semi-final, followed by a men’s last four match. The afternoon session will begin with the women's final and conclude with the men's final.
At the showpiece event, 16 men and women will compete for a £10,000 prize pot funded by sponsorship and the coveted Sword trophies – named in memory of the former Scotland internationalists Derek and Allan Sword.
The TS Open Tour consists of 19 Leaderboard events around Scotland throughout the year, with players acquiring ranking points as they bid to qualify for the finals.
Previous champions of the TS Open Tour Finals include Scottish professionals Scott Duncan, Hamish Stewart, Ewen Lumsden and Maia Lumsden.
