We are looking for a Level 3 coach to take up the challenge of nurturing and expanding our junior coaching as well as developing their own clientele for individual adult and junior coaching (Starting ASAP). At the moment we are looking to run a minimum of 4 hours junior coaching but this can be expanded and is ultimately flexible on days to suit the coach's schedule. Ideally, we would like the coaching to be gradually built up so that the club as a whole can enhance the junior section.

Key responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and manage the junior coaching and grow the programme through marketing to local schools and via social media.

Managing the administration on ClubSpark (Bookings, payments, setting up events).

General housekeeping of the tennis courts and equipment.

Currently, this position is for a 6month period to cover the maternity leave of our current coach but there is potential for continuation alongside our coach if the programme allows.

Overview of the Venue

Ardgowan is one of the oldest tennis clubs in the Inverclyde area. Currently the club has 4 floodlight artificial grass courts and a good squad of committed members. We are in the process of resurfacing the courts (which should be completed by the middle of October) and working on additional improvements to the club as a whole.

The club is a small and friendly venue with boundless potential for expansion for the person with the commitment and enthusiasm to help grow the coaching.
