Performance & Development Coach Opportunity – Starting September

We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking coach to join our team from September. We are seeking an individual who can help build and develop our performance programme while bringing fresh ideas, energy, and creativity to the role.

The Role

You will work closely with the Head Coach to help shape and grow the club’s performance environment, with involvement across both junior and adult programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance the existing performance programme

Collaborate with the Head Coach/Programme Manager on player development and performance planning

Contribute to shaping the junior pathway and adult coaching programme

Deliver high-quality group and individual coaching sessions

Assist with wider off-court and programme development duties (tailored to candidate strengths and experience)

Jason’s Totally Tennis runs coaching programmes at two tennis clubs, we have over 550 attending the programme weekly.

Bromley Lawn Tennis Club
2 indoor courts / 12 outdoor courts
6 floodlit courts (expanding to 8 shortly)

South Hill Woods Tennis Club
3 outdoor floodlit courts
1 covered court allowing year-round coaching

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable coach with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. There are also opportunities for off-court duties for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements

Candidates must have:

Minimum Level 3 coaching qualification
Valid DBS check
Current First Aid certification
Relevant coaching accreditation
At least 3 years’ coaching experience
Experience coaching a wide range of players, from Mini Red through to performance level

The ideal candidate should be passionate about player development, professional in their approach, and confident working with players of all ages and abilities.
