To implement and run an engaging Padel tennis programme at the club for members and the local community.

Be willing to promote Padel in the community, welcome all to the club and create exciting and well organised programmes and in time build a coaching team to fulfil the demands from those wishing to play.

The role will include a good hourly rate plus paid admin time.

Thongsbridge Tennis & Fitness Club has been established for over 100 years and currently has 4 indoor heated tennis courts, 6 outdoor floodlit courts, gym, studio, cafe bar and sports massage room. In October 2024 we will be unveiling our brand new 2 x covered Padel courts for our members and the community. We currently have a team of 26 people, 8 of those delivering tennis programmes.

The candidate will be highly enthusiastic and have a real love of Padel tennis and be successful in creating a thriving environment for all levels of player.

A well organised and motivated individual will be required to cope with the estimated demands of the new facility.
