Manage all coaching from top to bottom, this includes leading the coaching team, plus recruitment of new coaches, coaching assistants.

Work very closely with the Delgado tennis admin team.

Support coaching assistants with their development on court, showing role model characteristics.

Coaching 48 weeks of the year, broken down as follows:

TERM TIME, working 6 days per week between 30-40 hours,

HOLIDAYS, working 4 days per week between 30-35 hours per week.

Maintain up to date coaching registration or licence.

Coaching players of all levels from beginners to adults.

The Successful candidate must be enthusiastic, hardworking, a team player but most importantly show strong leadership to the coaching team and lead by example.
