This workshop specifically focuses on learning and enhancing the fundamentals to maximise player engagement and development in group sessions.
On this 4-hour course, you will:

- Understand the research behind the ‘Stages of Learning’ and how this impacts lesson planning
- Explore the core structure of a lesson plan and the LTA Technical/Tactical Development Frameworks
- Understand which parts of a group session demand repetition, and how to create it
- Understand which parts of a group session demand realism, and how to create it
- Discover how to find a sweet spot that allow players to practise a skill repeatedly without compromising a realistic simulation of the game
