Our Adult Beginner sessions are the perfect way to get started in tennis in a fun and social setting. You’ll learn the key fundamentals through dynamic drills, games, and challenges designed to build confidence and keep you active. Along the way, you’ll develop your skills, understand the rules of match-play, and experience the excitement of both singles and doubles. With a friendly, supportive, and low-pressure atmosphere, these sessions are ideal for meeting new people, staying fit, and enjoying the game from day one.
