Wild card Novak Djokovic and top seed Marin Cilic will meet in Sunday’s Fever-Tree Championships final as both players recorded impressive straight set semi-final victories.

12-time Grand Slam champion Djokovic defeated an in-form Jeremy Chardy 7-6(5), 6-4 to reach his second final at the Queen’s Club, ten years after he made his first.  In 2008, he finished runner-up to Nadal but will be aiming to go one step further and capture an epic 69th ATP World Tour title.

2012 champion Marin Cilic battled past Nick Krygios 7-6(3), 7-6(4) to seal his second straight appearance in the ATP 500 tournament. The 2014 US Open champion has now reached the final four times – 2012, 2013, 2017 and 2018.

Jamie Murray and Bruno Soares’ title defence continued as they overcame top seeds Oliver Marach and Mate Pavic 6-3, 6-7(6), [10-7] to make their third final of the season. They will take on second seeds Henri Kontinen and John Peers on Sunday.

British wheelchair tennis stars Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid returned for their second and last round-robin doubles clash and redeemed Friday’s defeat with a flawless 6-1, 6-1 victory over Daniel Caverzaschi and Stefan Olsson.

Hewett and Reid were also in singles action but fell to Olsson and Stephane Houdet respectively. Olsson and Houdet will both aim to make history on Sunday by becoming the tournament’s first ever wheelchair tennis champion.
