US Open Doubles Draw 2020: Murray & Skupski face 4th seeds Dodig & Polasek

• 3 MINUTE READ

Jamie Murray & Neal Skupski will face off against 4th seeds Ivan Dodig & Filip Polasek in next week's US Open as the full doubles draw was released this weekend.

The British Davis Cup duo will come into Flushing Meadows off the back of an impressive run at the Western & Southern Open this week, where the pair reached the final before eventually falling to Carreno Busta & De Minaur. Murray & Skupski have lost each of their 4 meetings with the 4th seeds, but will hope that their excellent form will help push them through to the 2nd round.

Meanwhile, Australian Open Men's Doubles Champions Joe Salisbury & Rajeev Ram will enter the tournament as the 3rd seeds and for many will be the ones to beat across the fortnight. They face Austin Krajicek & Frank Skrugor in the opening round as they bid for back-to-back Grand Slam titles.

It's tough first few rounds for Jonny O'Mara and his partner Marcelo Arevalo as they face 2 players inside the ATP Doubles top 21 in Jean-Julien Roger & Horia Tecau before a potential clash with the No.1 seeds Juan Sebatian Cabal & Robert Farah in Round 2.

Ken Skupski & Santiago Gonzalez feature on the other side of the draw against Simone Bolelli & Maximo Gonzalez in the 1st round, before a potential match up with 8th seeds Wesley Koolhof & Nikola Mektic.

Returning to New York for the first time since their title win at the New York Open earlier this year, Dom Inglot & Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi will play home favourites Jack Sock & Jackson Withrow.

Completing the group British doubles team at the US Open is Luke Bambridge and his partner Ben McLachlan who will face Christopher Eubanks & Mackenzie McDonald.
