14+ years National Training Programme

Tennis Wales’ performance partnership with Cardiff Met University provides a training environment in which the 14+ years national training programme and the Cardiff Met student performance programme are integrated under the guidance of the National Performance & University Head Coach.
The programme provides a crucial part of the pathway to Welsh players who can stay in Wales to progress together and to students who want to stay in or relocate to Wales and be part of a performance training programme.

Callum Findlay, a Cardiff native, has extensive experience both on and off the court.
As a coach, Callum has worked within the South Wales County Performance Programme and played a key role in helping Millfield School secure back-to-back Year 9/10 National Schools titles. Now part of Tennis Wales, he has coached players to British Championships and ITF junior circuit titles, and has supported athletes competing as far as Junior Wimbledon.
