Job Description
We require a coach to join our development and outreach coaching team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of weekly coaching sessions in the evenings and weekends to players on our junior and adult development courses. The coach will be responsible for ensuring an excellent standard of delivery to ensure a high level of retention of players attending the programme.
Overview of the Venue
Bolton Arena is a Regional and Local Player Development Centre located in the North West with approximately 350 players attending our weekly junior and adult development courses. We also have a large performance programme which caters for performance players across the region. We are a 7-court indoor facility with an additional 2 outdoor courts and 4 badminton courts.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate must be a reliable, passionate individual with great communication skills. The ability to work in the evenings and weekends is essential. Previous experience of working with large groups within mini tennis and a background of coaching adults is also desirable.
