You can request a refund for purchased tickets by following the steps below:

Access the shop via your link to the shop sent via email.

Click on the 'Account' heading

Click on 'Request a Refund'

Select the tickets that you would like to refund, noting you will not be able to purchase additional tickets via the LTA Ballot for The Championships 2025.
