You can update your personal details by logging into your account and then following this sequence of pages: View Account, Personal Details, edit personal information.

Once your LTA account has been created, the date of birth may only be changed on request to the customer support team. Please provide a valid form of ID, i.e. passport to allow the customer support team to update your date of birth for you.
