Tennis, Padel & Pickleball Coach
Reports to: Head Coach / General Manager
Role Purpose
To deliver high-quality coaching across Tennis, Padel, and Pickleball while providing administrative support to the management team. This dual role ensures excellent player development and smooth operational processes within the club.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching Duties
•Deliver engaging and structured coaching sessions for Tennis, Padel, and Pickleball to players of all ages and abilities.
•Plan and adapt sessions to meet individual and group needs, ensuring inclusivity and progression.
•Implement LTA and sport-specific programmes (e.g., Tennis Xpress, Padel development pathways).
•Organise and oversee social play, tournaments, and events for all three sports.
•Maintain accurate player progress records and provide constructive feedback.
Administrative Support
•Assist the management team with scheduling, booking systems, and CRM updates.
•Handle enquiries via email and phone; manage session registrations and attendance records.
•Support marketing efforts, including social media posts, newsletters, and event promotion.
•Help with equipment inventory and coordinate court maintenance.
•Prepare participation and revenue reports for programme performance analysis.
Qualifications & Compliance
Essential:
•LTA Level 2+ Tennis Coach accreditation.
•Padel Instructor qualification (LTA or equivalent).
•Pickleball coaching experience or willingness to train.
•Valid DBS check and First Aid certification.
Desirable:
•Higher coaching levels (LTA Level 3+).
•Safeguarding training and experience in multi-sport environments.
•IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, booking systems, social media).

•Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative tasks.
•Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Working Hours & Compensation
•Flexible schedule combining coaching blocks and admin hours.
•Competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience and qualifications.
A highly respected and progressive tennis & fitness members club based in Thongsbridge, Holmfirth. Delivers consistent quality tennis programmes for juniors and adult members, strength & conditioning programmes, as well as 35 + studio classes and gym facilities for fitness members. Recently launched its first pickleball courts and planned opening of two covered padel courts around Easter 2026.
Will be an energetic and motivational leader and team player, keen to uphold the quality of delivery across all programmes. Must be punctual and organised, able to multi-task and provide support for the management team, involving attention to detail in admin tasks.
