Tennis Development Coach
The Tennis for All Development Coordinator is a community tennis role responsible for coordinating, developing, and delivering accessible tennis opportunities across local communities. This includes the school’s tennis programme, estate and outreach programme, and leading the implementation and growth of the Barclays Free Park Tennis programme across eight community tennis sites. The successful individual will also play a key role in the wider coordination of the Tennis for All programme.
The postholder will ensure high-quality, inclusive community tennis delivery that increases participation, particularly amongst children and young people, women and girls, ethnically diverse communities, disadvantaged or inactive people, and people with disabilities. The role combines community programme coordination, administration, partnership working, and direct delivery to create meaningful and lasting impact through tennis.
The Access to Sports project is a community led, creative & innovative sports development charity that works across the London boroughs of Islington, Haringey & Hackney.
