Key Responsibilities
•Deliver high-quality group and individual coaching sessions to juniors and adults
•Assist in the delivery of holiday camps and club competitions
•Help grow participation and retain players across all levels
•Support the Head Coach and contribute to overall programme development
Requirements
•LTA Level 2 or above qualification (or international equivalent)
•Current LTA accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
•Strong communication and organisational skills
•Positive attitude and team-player mindset
•Experience working with a range of age groups and abilities
•First Aid and Safeguarding training
•Full UK driving licence and access to transport due to rural location
Hotshotz Tennis is led by Level 5 Tennis Coach Zane Cheeseman.
Founded in 2015 with a coaching programme at a single club, we have grown into a team of enthusiastic and dedicated coaches, now delivering coaching to over 1,800 members across 10 clubs in Kent and East Sussex. We also run an extensive school coaching programme.
Our holiday camps continue to grow in popularity, with over 1,400 juniors attending last year.
We are a vibrant and inclusive team with a strong community presence, offering year-round coaching for juniors, adults, and competitive players. We're committed to developing talent and growing the game of tennis at all levels.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about coaching tennis players of all ages and abilities, with a strong on-court presence and excellent communication skills. They should be motivating, approachable, and able to create a fun yet focused learning environment that inspires players to improve and enjoy the game.
