Establish and maintain a professional relationship with both players and their parents.
Plan and deliver a varied and interesting programme of coaching sessions, delivered to the highest standard for Members’ children.
Ensure safe areas to play for each session.
Supporting junior tennis development with the ability to engage and enthuse players with a range of abilities.
Gather feedback from parents and players to improve performance of individuals and to make improvements to the content and quality of the programme.
Understanding, awareness and compliance with the AELTC Health and Safety Policy and Procedures, Child Protection Policy and Guidelines and Site Rules.

Up to date LTA coach accreditation, ongoing professional development, a level 3 or level 4 qualification, including DBS disclosure which is satisfactory to the Company.
Passionate about tennis, coaching sport and improving players irrespective of their starting level.
Understanding and awareness of the competitive tennis journey.
Experience of coaching mixed ability groups.
Professional and diplomatic with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Excellent personal presentation, ambition and commitment to improve as a coach.
Understanding, and ability to support the delivery of, outstanding Member satisfaction experience.
