•Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of holiday camps and group coaching sessions
•Oversee the day-to-day management of the coaching team, providing guidance and support to assistant coaches
•Deliver high-quality coaching sessions for juniors and adults, aligned with LTA progressions and best practice
•Take responsibility for programme organisation, session administration, and equipment management
•Promote participation in tennis and actively contribute to the growth and development of club programmes
•Act as the main coaching point of contact, reporting to and working closely with the Club Committee

With a strong junior pathway and an expanding adult programme, the club prides itself on delivering high-quality coaching in a positive, inclusive environment. We have 3 all weather, flood lit courts and a reasonably sized club house. We have circa 150 members including adults and children

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Acting Lead Tennis Coach to oversee and deliver our coaching programmes. This leadership role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified coach to step into a senior position, gain valuable leadership experience, and play a key role in growing and shaping the club’s coaching provision.
